These Terms govern your use of Linkhume, a service operated by Svoppy Inc.. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and contract with Svoppy Inc..
You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, impersonation, malware distribution, probing, scraping, or interference with the security or operation of the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, links, identities, and messages you submit through the service.
Svoppy Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, product design, and branding.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free performance.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, charges are one-time payments rather than recurring subscriptions. Fees, taxes, and billing terms are presented at checkout before payment is completed. If a recurring product is introduced, the renewal frequency and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout and in the applicable product terms.
An unpaid checkout may be abandoned at any time before payment completion. Once payment has been completed, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable Paddle buyer-facing terms presented at checkout.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
